As we continue to move through what is seen as the worst economic downturn since the great depression, we have come to the place where we, as the corporate real estate industry, must choose a path that will take us into the future.

And the global markets - will Asia be driving the world's economic engine? What do these trends mean for our industry, and how can we not only get ahead of the change, but create it as well?
