October 12-14, 2009

Date: October 12-14, 2009
Time: (see website for schedule)
Location:
MGM Grand Hotel and Casino
3799 Las Vegas Boulevard South,
Las Vegas, Nevada, United States 75207
(details on venue)

As we continue to move through what is seen as the worst economic downturn since the great depression, we have come to the place where we, as the corporate real estate industry, must choose a path that will take us into the future.

But what will the future of corporate real estate look like? Is it still in motion, or can we influence it somehow?

The last major downturn spawned exponential growth in outsourcing, as corporate real estate departments shrank and service provider organizations expanded their capabilities to meet new requirements. How will the new economy affect these relationships? And how will corporations respond to a recovery - will the talent wars resurface? How will the government's new focus on green construction impact those corporations who have adopted sustainability strategies, and those that haven't? And the global markets - will Asia be driving the world's economic engine? What do these trends mean for our industry, and how can we not only get ahead of the change, but create it as well?

Collectively we have the ability to shape our common future, and in Las Vegas we will convene to learn, network, and change. Come be a part of it.
